Individuals and teams performing at a high level is my focus. What motivated me every day during the 13 years that I was an executive in the healthcare industry was the satisfaction of helping people move past roadblocks to maximize their strengths. I’m proud that the cohorts I built, managed, and led had amazing tenure at our company and within our industry. Few competitors saw the same degree of success, but our achievement wasn’t a unique situation. Even though every business and its dynamics are different, the principles for success are the same. The key is piecing together the right ones at the right time.
